Delivery and Returns

Delivery:

All orders are processed within 14 working days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Pre-Order Items 

If your item is on pre-order we will dispatch the item as soon as they arrive in stock. We are reliant on the our delivery provider, some delays may occur due to the festive period. If there are any unforeseen delays or the item becomes unavailable we will let you know in advance and a refund will be issued for any items impacted.

Refunds/ Returns:

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs for original despatch, and we do not cover the cost of returns.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days.

The Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We do not offer refunds for sale items, unless they are faulty.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at hello@baboubaby.co.uk
